• The country of domicile is the United Arab Emirates, and the governing law is the local law.
• We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

• Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records as per the policy of www.alhassanigames.com.
• The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account, and www.alhassanigames.com bears no responsibility for any misuse.

Payment

We accept payments in UAE Dirhams by card, via Visa or Mastercard. Once your order is placed, we will send you an email with your order details and payment method. If you pay by card, please keep a copy for your payment records.

Order Processing & Delivery

All orders will be processed within 24–48 hours, and local deliveries within the UAE will be made within 1–2 business days after the order has been processed.

Orders placed on Saturday will be processed and/or shipped on the following business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or UAE public holidays.

Please note that placing an order does not mean it is confirmed. Your order is confirmed once you receive the order confirmation notification by email.

All orders will be dispatched by a courier service arranged by us.
